BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

• Full name list with nationality of the booked persons
• One night room charges for the booked room(s) as non-refundable deposit payment.

Compulsory Dinner And Special Arrangements

• 24^th December 2008 at a supplement for every guest during Christmas Eve.

• 31^st December 2008 at a supplement for every guest during New Year Eve.

Booking Terms

• Room rates are nett per room per night and quoted in United States Dollars (US$)

• Breakfast, hotel service charge and government tax are included.

• Check-in time is 14:00 and Check-out time is 12:00 noon (early check-in and late check-out upon request).

• Above room rates are applicable only if booked directly to Radiant Tours & Travels.

• Room charges for all booked night(s) must be prepaid 12 days before check-in at the hotel. The invoice will be sent to you via e-mail or fax.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

• Cancellation of confirmed booking at this hotel up to 12 days before check-in will be charged one night room charges of the booked room(s). The excessive deposit received will be refunded to you.

• Any cancellation less than 12 days before check-in will be considered as NO SHOW and we will not refund any deposit made.
